RAW HONEY VERSUS REGULAR
Raw honey is what bees produce directly in the hive. It is unprocessed, unpasteurized and doesn’t contain additives.
Raw honey has more nutritional benefits than regular.It contains vitamins, minerals, probiotics (Lactobacillus kunkeei), enzymes, some amino acids. And some special bioactive plant compounds, called polyphenols, which act as antioxidants.
Raw honey is far less filtered then regular. It still contains pollen grains and other organic materials that are beneficial to the body.
