Honey heat


Do Not heat your honey higher then 35 °C. Because. You will lose enzymes, probiotics, minerals and vitamins (not nice number 1). The honey will lose the antimicrobial and antibacterial capabilities (not nice number 2). Loss of antioxidant that help neutralize the effect of harmful radicals in the body (not nice number 3). And you will get the chemical compound called hydroxymethyl furfuraldehyde (also very not nice number 4).
